The Believer

The following was written by a homeless person who has managed to hang on to their spirituality amidst the hardships. Credit, prayers, and gratitude sent to the individual for this. More poems by the homeless were once found at the site hungryandhomeless.co.uk which is no longer there. If anybody knows of where it might be found now, we would greatly appreciate any update.

YOU SEE A CATERPILLAR CRAWLING BY, ONE MONTH LATER,......A BUTTERFLY. YOU SEE A BIRD'S EGG TURN INTO A DOVE, YOU MUST BELIEVE THERE'S SOMETHING ABOVE. YOU PLANT A SEED, IT TURNS INTO A FLOWER, YOU MUST BELIEVE SOMEONE HAS POWER. IF IT ISN'T YOU AND IT ISN'T ME, THERE'S NONE SO BLIND AS THOSE THAT WONT SEE. The Penniless Poet
